Recruitment Coordinator – RecruitmentMy current job title is Recruitment Coordinator and I have worked at Holmes Care Group since September 2024.
I support each care home, predominantly in the west of Scotland, with a full 360 recruitment service, ensuring a smooth candidate journey, from start to finish.
I work closely with the Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Coordinators and Care Home Managers, to source and assist candidates through the recruitment process. What I love about my role is speaking with new people every day and assisting the best quality candidates into roles to look after our residents.
Off-work I enjoy photography, travelling and hiking.
