My job title is Recruitment Supervisor and I have worked for Holmes Care Group since May 2023.

Some of my key responsibilities include: advertising new vacancies on job boards, pre-screening candidates, updating recruitment information for my region as well as tracking any trends. I follow the recruitment process for candidates, from beginning to completion, while building positive, effective relationships with the Home Managers and the Operations Team.

What I love most about my role is following the candidate’s journey through, from the initial pre-screening interview stage, all the way through to seeing them flourish in their new careers.

When I am off-duty, I enjoy supporting my local football team, going to the cinema and watching bad tv!
