Recruitment Manager – RecruitmentI am the Recruitment Manager for Holmes Care Group, and have worked for the Company since December 2019.
I support the development and delivery of the recruitment and retention strategy, attracting and retaining the best talent, as well as ensuring all services receive full and appropriate support when recruiting new staff.
I work closely with the Recruitment Coordinators to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. What I love most about my role is getting to know various teams within the business and gaining experience, knowledge, and new opportunities within my role. I also love being able to make a positive difference to each care home service, ensuring the best quality candidates are recruited for our residents.
Off-work, I enjoy running, spending time with my family, watching football and painting!
