Since leaving school, I spent 10 years in the Royal Air Force.

Completing my nursing program in February 1996, then worked in Birmingham, and Solihull Trust after training from 1996 to 1999, I spent 3 years working in Sydney, Australia, in Private and public hospitals—with a total of 22.5 years working in Saudi Arabia and 12.5 years as a Director of Nursing/CNO. 

Commencing work as Service Manager at Willow House, in October 2023. My focus is on achieving the best outcome for residents at Willow House and working with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best care possible.

I have also been an Advanced Cardiac Life Instructor for many years, organised the Saudi Heart Association Annual International Conferences for Nursing, Chairperson at International symposia, and an International Guest Speaker.
