Finavon Court, Service Manager – Service ManagersI have been with the company since 2002. I have been a Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader and Deputy Manager before my Service Manager role.
I have degrees such as SVQ3 social care, SVQ3 management and leadership, PDA medication, infection prevention trainer, SVQ4 social care, and CSLM level 10 qualifications.
I like providing support to others to provide the best care possible.
