Louise Brookhouse

Camilla House, Service Manager – Service Managers

I have recently become the manager at Camilla House. I have been in this position since the end of August 2023, although I have worked at Camilla for over 7 years, first as a Care Assistant and then moving on to being a Senior Carer, and lastly, my current position right now as Service Manager.

I have an SVQ 3, PDA in leadership, and recently completed my ILM in leadership and management. I am also just about to start my SVQ 4. The one thing I like most about the job is working alongside my amazing team, the residents, and the residents’ families to provide a high level of care.
