Roselea House, Service Manager – Service Managers

I am originally from the Shetland Islands and have been working in Fife since 2007. I have worked in care since 1987 and have a huge amount of experience in Management, starting as a Deputy Manager at Preston and now Service Manager at Roselea since 2020.

I have worked from the floor level up to Management, recently achieving my SSHC Level 4/CSLM in management.

Mostly working in caring for the elderly and in dementia care, Roselea is a small home with 20 beds. Roselea has a fantastic team and the majority have been with me since I started at Preston!

I love a challenge, which is what drew me to work in dementia care, seeing the potential that Roselea House has and spending time with the individuals living and working at the home, wanting to make their lives better.
