I am 42 years old and have over 13 years’ experience working in the care sector. For the last 3 years, I have been working as a Care Home Manager.

I completed Medical High School in Poland with a diploma and degree, and I hold a Master’s degree in pedagogy and psychology.

I enjoy being able to share my skills and experience with staff to allow them to deliver the level of care that our residents need, to make the environment a home from home.
