Beechwood Care Home

-
My sister is very happy and settled in Beechwood, and that is what we hoped for when we chose it when she was no longer able to stay at home. The staff are very friendly and always make us welcome when we visit. Our sister takes part in all the activities, and all resident's achievements are highlighted, eg, painting, singing, etc. We all have complete faith in the staff.

The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for their residents! Everything we as a family have experienced thus far has been beyond our expectations! The residents are treated with huge respect and the facility is seen as being their home.

In addition, a regular bus service and the main train station are just a short distance away. Beechwood has been designed with the aim of creating an enabling and engaging environment, that supports our residents in their day to day lives.

As a family run business, our values are very important to us, that’s why we believe in creating a friendly environment, that promotes and supports the independence and individuality of each person while ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Beechwood is a 90 bed, registered nursing care facility, with 4 distinct units which provide quality, person centred care for those requiring, nursing care, dementia care, palliative care, young physically disabled, brain injury and learning disabilities. The home is equipped with modern amenities, our bedrooms have bright and spacious single bed accommodation with en-suite shower facilities for privacy and convenience.
We want to ensure that the people we support are as comfortable as possible when they come to stay with us. We recognise everyone is unique and encourage that individuality, which is why we encourage residents to personalise their bedroom with personal belongings and small items of furniture.
